My name is Mike Panebianco, and I have spent the past 30 years taking teams in the air, leading labor organizations, and coaching conflict resolution behaviors. Having spent time in truly exceptional workplaces, from family owned businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, I have seen the best (and some of the worst) cultures imaginable. As an employer as well as an employee advocate, my goal is to bridge the gap between management at labor, resulting in resilient, functional teams.

Real change happens when trust is currency, vision is clear, and discomfort is conquered. Disjointed missions, poor communication, and destructive conflict behaviors crush team morale, crater trust, and destroy teams.
